The video and written instructions below demonstrates how to field test a JTP 4 unit that's triggering an IGBT Fault.
Preparation: Power down the frequency converter and disconnect the input voltage source. Connect IGBT Functionality Tester to a 120VAC source.
Disconnect feedback bus wires: Disconnect the negative DC bus wire 315 at both locations as well as removing the IGBT drive board for easier access.

Next, remove the appropriate gate connections on the IGBT
Connect the IGBT Functionality Tester: Connect IGBT functionality tester and the tester button.by following the printed diagram on the tester.
